  Agatha Christie’s ‘Witness for the Prosecution’, presented by Eleanor Lloyd Productions and Rebecca Stafford Productions, celebrates its 1st birthday in the spectacular Chamber of London’s County Hall, situated on the iconic South Bank.

  The production’s unique courtroom staging, “a palatial interior fit for the ‘Queen of Crime’” (Daily Telegraph), places audiences directly in the thick of the action, as Christie’s gripping tale of justice, passion and betrayal unfolds around them.

  This critically-acclaimed production received Best Revival Nominations at the 2018 Olivier and WhatsOnStage Awards, and continues to capture the imagination of audiences, for whom the production “entertains, amuses, and unsettles” (Daily Telegraph).

  From 20th November 2018, the production will welcome new cast members; Emma Rigby (Hollyoaks, Once Upon A Time in Wonderland) will play Romaine Vole, Daniel Solbe as the accused Leonard Vole, Jasper Britton (Pack of Lies, The Libertine) as Sir Wilfrid Robarts, William Chubb (Othello, This House) as Mr Myers QC, Christopher Ravenscroft (High Society, The Ruth Rendell Mysteries) as Mr Justice Wainwright and Ewan Stewart (Titanic, Let The Right One In) as Mr Mayhew. The new cast will also include Richard Banks as the Solicitor, Chloé Booyens as The Woman (in her West End debut), Joanna Brookes as Janet Mackenzie, Miriam Cooper as the Stenographer, Liam Lau Fernandez as the Clerk of the Court (in his West End debut), Phoebe Marshall as Greta/Ms Clegg (in her West End debut), Hugh Osborne as the Warder, Simon Roberts as Inspector Hearne, Leo Turner as Policeman/Plain Clothes Detective and Jamie Zubairi as Carter/Dr Wyatt.

  The production is directed by Lucy Bailey, and features design by William Dudley, lighting design by Chris Davey, and sound design by Mic Pool.
